Hey everyone. Part 2 of this retrospective was a lengthy endeavor that took far more time and work than I anticipated. It's making me wonder if doing it this way was a mistake, given that this 2022 retrospective probably won't be out until midway through the next year. But I'm already two parts in, so I won't back down now.
